Have a trademark question about my domain.

I have a trademark question about my domain: eCrushes.com
I didn't know anything about it but when I saw the list in the Namepros Expired Domains Forums I registered it. I registered it without checking trademark issues. I found that the term "eCrush" is registered trademark. I googled eCrushes and it shows (R) but I cannot verify this with the USPTO.

Is having eCrushes.com a trademark issue?

The trademark on eCrush is owned by eCrush.com, and plural forms of a trademark are often close enough to the original enough to fall under the scope of confusingly similar.

You would probably be in violation if you built a website within the same classification. Perhaps you can come up with another use for the domain besides a dating site?

Possibly a site where you can go on and crush/destroy different things? People could choose a computer, cell phone, refrigerated, etc along with a weapon of choice (numbchukcs sp?, stick, spraycan, baseball bat, gun) and go about crushing the item. It could be a great site to relieve pent-up stress.
