.tv Has News.tv been purchased?

I just noticed that News.tv has gone from the premium list. Could it have been purchased or is this just a glitch???
This could be great news for .tv (excuse the pun)!!

Interestingly, eNom's WHOIS returns a "No Results Found" on query. I'm not sure if this is normal as other Premium names like SEX.TV and SPORTS.TV are working fine.

I think that if you press the "Buy Now" button when logged in, the name gets immediately purchased and put into your account.
There is no confirmation page I believe.

Lol... I almost did that once with City.tv....Good thing I noticed that it was $30,000 before I confirmed the purchase!

I 'pressed the wrong button' myself last month.

I wasted a month arguing with Demand Media and all that happened is that now you can't see the renewal price for other people's premiums.

In the end Demand Media believed they had the right to keep my money presumably on the grounds that, if I was too lazy to read the grey writing 'cart will be bypassed', I deserved to be robbed.

however, if u go in this part of enom and type business (to reg business.tv) it is available but when u type NEWS then IT IS NOT AVAILABLE... so, was it sold???

I would tend to think that this is just an update of the registry, from TV Corporation to Enom as the registrar. I hope I am wrong %%-
