There are a few threads about this already...
However I have to disagree with you.
MSN is the Microsoft network, and Microsoft is an evil empire out to conquer the world in which Bill Gates doesn't deserve since he started by cheating and copying other people's ideas anyway. Yeah, they may have products for almost ANYTHING but at $100 per computer
Yahoo! is the most visited website on the Internet simply because it branched out a little earlier than Google did. (Yahoo! started as a web directory back in 1995 and offered free mail. Google at the time still was just search & directory)
Really, all I see at Yahoo, is a dull sense of professionalism and a Wal-Mart type place where you can get lots of stuff but they aren't necessarily the highest quality... e.g. Yahoo! small business with their domains... anybody would agree with me on that. Look at their reviews on this site. And anyway, Yahoo! supports so many features they don't do it well. So, I would not call Yahoo! "fun and entertaining" - seems to me only their Games section might be the least entertaining in keyboarding class :notme:
Google is what I'd say is the aura of the tech world. They are developing technologies and creating services that will revolutionize the world - but not dominate it. See the difference. If anything, I'd also call Google the "fun and entertaining" company... here's a few examples:

Google, yeah, may be a bit nerdy

But aren't all domainers a bit nerdy?
Also, saying companies are "tech-savvy", "nerdy", "fun and entertaining", and "right in between" is NOT the way to rate/judge a company. You have to look at statistical facts, labor costs, finances, working environment, size, number of employees, market share. Not just the VERY GENERAL "feel" of it.
