Google PR on Expired Domain list

Hello,

I have 1 question about Google PR on Expired domain list

If you see some expired domain list, there are a bunch of domain names with Google Page Rank but when I check PR with SEOTool or Link Popularity website, it shows me 0 PR.

As an example, http://www.namepros.com/showthread.php?t=127512

fwgaac.com PR3

When I checked with Link Pop website,

Google: 0
AlltheWeb: 1
AltaVista: 32
MSN:

Can anyone explain this for me?
