Google Adsense account banned !!

Hi,

I would like to know if a google adsense account has been banned , does that mean all the account for that domain will be banned.

Recently my adsense account has been banned by google for no reason. I checked if my domain is also banned but its still safe. My question is if in near future the site is sold to someone else and they might put their adsense code will their account also be banned ?

You need to contact Google and find out why they banned your account. Usually they don't ban without a reason. Due to endless tricks and hacks targeted at Google Adsense, the company enforces zero tolerance policy. But you still have a chance to recover your account. Just give a try and contact Google.

I have already filed an appeal, but after reading about similar events i know the chances are slim to none.

My real question is if the domain/site is sold to someone and he uses his adsense on the site, will google ban that account as well. Currently the site is not banned, just my account is banned.

So your question can also be rephrased like removing your banned Adsense account, and replacing it with your friend's Adsense account. Have you friend receive the money in his address, then forward the money to you.

Adsense TOS doesn't say anything about banning the domain itself. But that's an interesting situation.

I have seen website turnkeys on Flippa where you just replace the Adsense ID for the website you purchased. I don't know how those sites turned out though.

You can still put AdSense (different account of course) on your websites/domains but you mustn't put it on the offending website that got you banned in the first place unless you want it to happen all over again.

But the problem is Google AdSense team doesn't tell you which particular website was the culprit. So you really have to examine them one by one and compare against their rules if they are compliant.

Yes, i completely agree with you, If I try to create a new account then they will ban again, As far as I thing the trick is with the ip address and the mac address of the system which gets stored in the database.

So as far as the new account (new name, address, phone) is not operated by me(same ip/mac address) I think this should work.

My main doubt is the domain, as its not banned i can still run adsense on it. The reason for my account being banned was for invalid click activity, Which I figured out how it happened.

Now suppose if i sell the domain to a person A and A has around 200 websites running with adsense and just because he puts his code in newly purchased website(my domain) will be get banned too ?
Means now his 200 sites will also get banned as the adsense account is banned , n this continues ?

If you want a new google account it is gonna cost you some time, effort, and cash. Only way I have seen people get around it is with all new information literally including payment accounts addy, etc. They also instead of using family members registered a business name to do it.

Since the google doesn't ban any website without any reason.... they first give a mail as a warning letter .... then only they ban it.

Thanks I didn't say they are drunk, I have specified later in the discussion the reason for ban and it was clickbombing.

Status Update:

The appeal form has been denied , but i am trying for a new account from a different location/name/ entity.
I'll try to get new account approved and then try my luck again. I wish the domain is not in their negative list or else I have to work a lot to get everything shifted to a new domain.

If your appeal is respectful and makes sense -- such as you weren't really at fault (for example, being click bombed by someone else) -- you CAN win your appeal. If you were at fault, that's another matter.

But don't set up another account; that will get you banned forever.

Some people are telling they are banned because of invalid clicks of others. This often makes me worry. I think you shouldn't get banned because of invalid clicks caused by some other who-is info other than that you used to login your adsense account.Because invalid clicks doesn't make you earn any money ain't they?

Google gets money from advertisers , and its not in millions its in billions that to $32 billion . So inorder to provide a fair system they have their own algorithms that actually maps(check the pattern of ) the clicks/ip address or mac address.

So its like this, if you launch a site today with google adsense and someone sitting behind u in office is jealous of you and he start clicking on the ads on ur site n u think u are generating money. Wait to the friday n bam google bans the account for invalid clicks.

So in this case the first thing is to install a anti click bombing plugin to your site to be on a safer side.

they are banning account not website, if you have other adsense a/c then you can put your other accounts ads to same site.
check here whether your website is ban or not bannedcheck.com

If that specific site doesn't break the tos and wasn't the cause of the original ban then most likely not, however there is still a certain risk with being associated with a banned adsense account. If you're selling the domain you should notify the buyer about that.
