Do Namejet or GoDaddy sell banned domains?

Hi,

I'm a newbie. I recently purchased a few expiring domains from godaddy and namejet. The transfer is still in progress.

Today I just came across a post where someone had bought a google banned domain so I got curious and checked if the domains I bought were banned. I used some tools available on google. And surprisingly it said the domain 'might be' banned or not indexed in google. So I don't know If it's banned or not.

Can Anyone please explain?
