Thank you for contacting GoDaddy Aftermarket Support!
We understand you want to cancel the bid placed on the domain medmood. com
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your bid as this will have a negative impact on the auction, the seller, and the other members participating in the auction.
Your bid/offer is a binding contract as stated in the GoDaddy Domain Auction Membership Agreement you accepted when purchasing your membership, as well as the agreement you checked when confirming your bid for this domain.

From what we see, at the end of the auction, on the 7th of May, 2025, your bid was the highest, so you have won the domain medmood. com
As the winner of the auction, you are expected to pay for the domain name, as such, we have placed it into your cart for convenience. Should you fail to do so, your account will be subject to punitive actions, such as, but not limited to, administrative fees and possible temporary suspension.

They sent me this, I messaged them that I mistakenly placed bid. I mailed my bank to reverse my funds, they agreed. still my godaddy account it shows as pending, what will you do in this situation, I purchased for few years hosting and some assets+ some domains, that's why it valued over 6k to my credit card. sadly I just realized If I remove all those things the price will decrease 70- 80 percentage. as of research, they will ban my account, so what should I do now?

I don't know how you can mistakenly place a bid.

The auction bid / purchase is binding, as they say. Either honor it or lose your account. As for the hosting and other assets, have you asked about getting a refund for those? I think you have 30 days to get a refund for hosting.

debited my funds but hosting not initiated as they mailed it will take less than 10 days to transfer.
while funds reversed by my bank they mailed like this. let me be honest while bidding I placed 100s of bucks in case of 10s, so it increased auto click, I mailed them while I am on auction, no use. I shown why can't I cancel auto click got no responce, for a moment I wanted to stop the bidding but it autoclicked so far.
