GoDaddy domain name transfers

Are there any extensions that Godaddy does not allow to be transfered from one account to another? I'm thinking of the more obscure ones like .ms. Thanks for your help!

Are you saying from one godaddy acct to another, or one registrar to godaddy? Ive heard various things on this forum about the pushing of a .be name with godaddy their are many restrictions.

That is called push, and yes CTLD's might have different restrictions.
