How do you transfer .MS & .TC domain names? GoDaddy won't let me

Recently I sold couple .ms & .tc domain names. But Godaddy won't let me transfer .ms & .tc to another account. They said .ms & .tc domains only can be transfer to an account under the same name. Anybody have samilar experience?

Are you talking about the 60 day hold Godaddy enforce on any new registrations or transfers? It would seem very strange otherwise that you can not transfer to someone else. Can you give more details please?

No, Godaddy won't let me push foreign domain names to another account. They told me that I only can push to the account with the same name as the registrant.
