GoDaddy Domain Manager is down again. GoDaddy Nightmare!!!

VERY Frustrating!!! 3 days Passed still not Fixed!!

You cant update your Domains Contact, you cant see your domains, you cant do anything...

Yes 3 days ago we reported many times but they dont fixed.
GoDaddy losing many customers because of this but i dont think they care about customers.

What's going on with Godaddy? Why they dont fix it, why it takes long time... Why always such problems happening with GoDaddy???

I could see my domains yesterday in my Godaddy domain manager.

Pending transfers not leaving after being transfer approved. The registry shows them as pending-transfer but the "ACK" is stuck for days. Not sure if others are having this issue but seems like something amiss.

Anybody else with problems at Godaddy today? Tried several times including logout and re-login to go to my domain manager but only this shows up:

no, been fine for me (here in the UK) - changed some nameservers and able to view everything.

Just double checked and still all good

Site is loading for minutes now with this circle symbol in the center. No error message, no access.

What a fantastic progress: Now domain manager is there, I could choose two domains but not more: loading.

What I aim to do is change settings for several names.

This "Loading" icon looks exactly the same as Uniregistry domain manager (especially on nights and weekends), at least when I was using them. Isn't is similar (faulty) backend? GD might want to hire more staff through careers.godaddy.com to finally fix it ...

Funny, there is a prediction for 2020 in another thread that Godaddy might buy Uniregistry (or another competitor) to upgrade.

Status change for me: "Your domains could not be loaded."

So, they'd form a perfect pair :) Actually, I can think of two fine, stable and 100% working registrar platforms where the developers are now "vacant" or employed elsewhere: old Fabulous.com (finally ended up at Directnic) and NameSilo (the platform is still live, but it appears that all staff was changed by the new owners). So, hiring developers with appropriate experience - who were already able to run large registrars - could save a lot of time, efforts and $$$ to GoDaddy.

@Joe Styler - I understand that your job is not in recruitment department ( thanks goodness ), but your general opinion would be greatly appreciated !

I didnยดt address Godaddy staff so far, on a Friday afternoon during the Holidays. But if, yes, I would prefer solutions against general opinions. According to experience, these problems are solved for whatever reason after some time though. (Not yet now :xf.cry:.)

Try clearing the cache on your browser and trying again. You might also open a different browser (or Incognito mode) and log in that way. This has been recommended to me and usually works. Annoying but it has worked.

FWIW, I can see my domain names in the Domain Manager, so it's not widespread.

Thanks it really seems that itยดs only me. Already started my browser again, no difference. Clearing cache is my ultima ratio, will eventually try tomorrow. Thanks for the tip.

Try logging in via a VPN. Anonymize.com VPN is free.

It might be an issue with a European CDN node, but if you connect via US VPN, you bypass it.

I asked around. We are not having any issues with the domain control center right now. No one else seems to be getting any complaints about this. They said it is likely the browser or settings.

For the sake of fairness - I've opened my exclusive GoDaddyAfternic-only browser (chrome clone, all allowed, no adblock, no privacy extensions, cache cleaned frequently) and GoDaddy domain manager loaded just fine.

For the sake of fairness I am happy to confirm that I could use Godaddy domain manager now. It worked in my current Firefox browser tab, without cache cleaning and without VPN.

Thanks @everyone for contributing. (y)
