I'm trying to renew some GoDaddy domains with Paypal and it doesn't let me use my Paypal balance. Does anyone know why this happens ? I usually use a CC for renewals, but I have some money in Paypal, and I can't even use it.

Does it give you the option to use paypal?
and do you have Paypal listed as a payment option?

But just an FYI,
2 weeks ago I went to pay for some domains using Paypal, the option
was not there, and when it was - it just kept saying the action could
not be completed etc

I emailed support, and they told me it was a system glitch and will be fixed
soon. It has happened 3 times since then.

The only button I am able to click is "Agree and Continue". If I click this button, it pays the renewal fee with Paypal's credit account.

If I buy anything online like merchandise, it always gives me the option to pay with Credit Card, Bank Account, or Paypal Balance.........hrrmm.

Credit account? I'm sure it should be Paypal Balance.

Is your c/c marked as your primary payment method at Paypal...?

I can't think of anything else if you aren't getting an option of payment choices.

I know with mine there is a box on the left that says where the funds are coming from
IE: paybal balance, c/c, bank account.

Paypal also has an option for Paypal Credit. It's their credit card that has a ridiculous interest rate. Regardless of my primary payment method, I should be able to choose Paypal balance whenever. I will just pay with credit card and not worry about it.

I don't know anything about the paypal credit option, but it sucks that you have
to use a method they chose for you.

Correct. All you need to do on netfirm is to unlock and obtain the authorization code for each domain you want to transfer; then purchase the transfers on GD and plug the codes in following receipt of GD's "Transfer Acknowledgement" e-mail.

Also, though I don't mean any offense by this, you should probably change your NamePros username if you've never transferred a domain before.
