20 yr GD customer, with disappointing recent experiences. Anyone else?
Yesterday was processing xferring a domain out, poor phone and chat support with 40 min waits!
No option to expedite transfer after it was initiated by receiving registrar - despite option being referred to on GD site
Seems all the experienced people have been let go, prices increased substantially and service in the tank.
