GoDaddy Closeout - Afterwards?

What happens after the domain drops to $5 and no one has claimed it? Does it just delete the previous owner's information and make it available to the public? If so, how long does this takes?

it will eventually be deleted and become available for registration.

They're all wrong. It's 30 days before it drops. 45 days + 30 days = 75 days = drop.
