Hi Guys, I read that closeout can be $1. Just to check after $5, it turn into $1 right? But how long does it last? Etc $5 last for 24hrs.

Is this new? Can you provide a link? It used to be $1 but they increased it back to $5 over six months ago, about the time of the takeover. So if this is new, please provide a link for us to check it out.
