question GD Auction canceled

I have bought a domain on GD Closeout Auction. I paid for it and received confirmation.
After 4 days I received the information, the auction was canceled because the current registrant renewed it.

Is it OK?

Please complain about this! I wrote about this elsewhere on other threads. These are not auctions by definition. In the physical and real world...
Auctions are absolute, not conditional. It's B.S. the more exposure we bring to this fake auction garbage, the more chance of a change.

Who owned the domain? @zibero I think I should start a thread posting the whois info and force domainers to pay for privacy and to find out whois behind these games.
