There have been a lot of comments mostly in the DOMAINS Available thread about ENOM catching domains.
They are catching nothing, this is not the .com world when a domain expires it is reviewed first by ENOM/Verisign and they decide whether or not they will reclassify a domain as PREMIUM. ENOM did not catch seychelles when it expired it came back to the registry which someone there said seems like people like GEO .tv this is now a premium. IF premiums were available like they were before you would not see a catch you would just see Seychelles.tv avail $500 a year.
