I recently noticed that TOP premium .TVs are going to be available as both premiums and even reg fee. Many of those premiums have had really LOW renewal fees like $50/yr. Dont you guys think that its time for companies like snapnames, pool, and clubdrop to look after expiring .TVs? not only those that would be available as regfee, but also premiums. I have noticed that currently there are a couple of players in the drop catching game, and it appears that most of them have made their own in-house drop catching scripts not only for normal domains but also for premiums. For me, I guess there will be demand for expiring .TVs, specially those top premium ones. What do you guys think?

Lets all hope not... Sad day TV land when that happens.

Verisign owns all .tv names so you will NEVER see a Premium name drop. Dropped Premiums just go back into the Premium pool available at Premium price.

Until Verisign wants to allow a company to catch drops, standard .tv domains will just become available for registration.

I´ve monitored some premiums that were droped and nobody catched them in the act, even me :'(

So, I think we are fine now, without snapnames, pool and the rest competing with me (us).

Do your homework! See what nobodyelse have seen! Get the name at normal reg fee!

I think TDNAM is doing it now.

That's for non-premium names that were registered at GD and have expired. They go to their own auction prior to dropping back into the registry.

NO it is not about time that drop catchers start grabbing .TV

That is really one of the rare traits that make .TV great!

You cant even get a good expiring .com anymore, is that how you want .tv to be?

If so you will find yourself in not in the majority here.
