Aren't you upset about Afternic, they can sell a lot of domains, but this website make me to refuse to use them almost as soon as I log in.

The Dashboard ... everything is so messy ... and how long it takes them to get the name servers start working, and how long dose it take the opt in email to come?

I have my account since 2013 but my domain was listed for no more than 3 months in total for all this years.
