I have some domains that I feel could benefit from a cut and dried "For Sale" page only, no parking, no ads, no "submit offer" option; just "this is for sale" and the price.

Appreciate feedback as to the best place to go for this. Thanks.

u mean this is for sale.. and the price plus ability to pay it on spot.. or just ability to email you and then go from there?

I assume you mean former.. if so then the best easiest place is bodis. no redirects or forward of domain.. just simple DNS entry to point to bodis.. and they let yuo redirect to their for sale lander.. woithout going through parking page.

once in sale lander u have option#1: make offer

option#2 enter your escrow.com login and put bin price for ech domain. I created sample to show you what this buynow escrow is like:

www.03.rs

and one more to show you make offer only:

www.47.rs

no commission fees there. unlike flippa/sedo redirects etc..

hope it help

no prob glad to help
bodis is great for this
0 commission.. just small escorw %

u can achieve similar result ponting dns to flipa/sedo etc.. but big commision there.. plus its way messier there imo.

nothing beats bodis in terms of management ease and cleaness for landers.

just point yuor dns to bodis once.. then manage all domains with one click from bodis... switch easy between makeoffer.. buynow.. parked page with banner.. direct sale lander.. etc..

I tried flippa.. sedo.. dns.. I alwayus go back to bodis.

plus u get super good stats for all yoru incoming typeins and inquiries. hard to get this if you setup your own landers etc.. unless you pay or put it loads of work.

good stuff.
enjoy
