Fixing domain blocked Chrome browser due to Zeroclick

I notice an old domain using zeroclick has been blocked by Google Safe search. I just want to stop using it for parking and just create a mini site for it. Any ideas or experiences on getting a domain unblocked?

I don't think a SE blocks domains permanently for parking. Allow SE bots some time to crawl the site. Watch for couple of weeks or months if the site gets unblocked automatically. If it doesn't get unblocked automatically after couple of months it may have been permanently blocked for a different reason or something may have been preventing SE bots to crawl the site.
