I made the term up when I learned about the documentary Blackfish. The doc critically discusses how Seaworld captures and treats killer whales.

The term tree huggers is in the language already. Perhaps the term fishhuggers will be used by environmentalists who focus on ocean animals.

"The term tree huggers is in the language already." True. I guess you could go on and on with word + huggers .com. The question is - is there a demand, and any commercial value? I don't think so, at least, not right now.

It might work better with a .org in this case for a non-profit org.
