Felix Grimberg scam

I just wanted you to know that a guy Felix Grimberg who introduces himself as Former CEO of Name Tools is doing appraisal scams.

I found nothing about him on google so people should be aware. This is how he approached me:

Hello!

How much do you want for --------.com?

It was listed for sale at Sedo. I'm very interested in this domain. I invest in web projects, domains and hosting businesses.

If you have more names for sale please send me the list with prices.

I sent him the price though it was on Sedo too and he said he needed to confirm with his accountant. After a week he sent me a mail in which he was asking me for a paid appraisal.

Similar experience, also with a Sedo listed site and with the same initial reply. His net-hosting-solutions.com site was only registered in late Nov and appears to be inactive so will monitor with caution.
