I'm here to report a frequent domain seller who scammed me $1400.00 worth of webscripts in January. He goes by:

I reccommend completely staying away from him. He offered me $1400.00 for two complete websites. I upload them to show him and he thanks me and says goodbye. I was dumbfounded, confused, and very angry. I havent heard from him since, but a friend said he was messaged and was offered the sale of the exact websites i made for him. If you know him, please slap him, kick him, and yell at him for me. Thank you.

You could sell the same website to another interested honest buyer. Though you have to let the buyer know about what happened.

If you're producing web sites and content, get yourself a server and showcase your portfolio using links to sites you have created for customers.

Take a minimum of 50% upfront before even considering starting a new project for someone, that will get rid of the timewasters.

Upload your work to your own server only, let any customers browse their sites via your link.

Once the customer is satisfied and the final payment has been received, upload it to their server or send it to them.

It's standard practice to do it this way.
