domain Expired domain with nice traffic

I get f-ro.com. this was up since 2005. and was a Ragnarok Online site.
still get some traffic, avg 8 uniqe/day. I think its pretty nice.
I park it right now but has low clicks.

I wanna develop it, but hey i know nothing about Ragnarok or can i simply choose subjet i like/know the most.

or just flipping it ? what is its value ?

what do you think guys ?
