Funds will then need to be per-deposited at the registrar(s) in order to cover registration fees. DesktopCatcher currently supports ten different registrars for you to choose from! Each registrar can send between 1 and 2 requests per second. The more registrars you setup, the more requests you'll be able to send each second and increase your odds of success! Which domain registrars are supported? - DynaDot, NameSilo, OnlineNIC, RRPproxy, NameBay, MijnDomeinReseller, AJM.Domains, Internet.bs, Gandi and eNom.
What type of domains can it catch? - DesktopCatcher can catch all types of domains in a variety of extensions. However, we don't recommend using it if you chase highly competitive domains such as one word .COM, four letter .COM and 5 number .COM domains.

Let's say I paste in a list of .com / .net domain names that are deleting within the next 7 days.

• Can I use the built-in scheduler to start hitting the registrars daily around 2:00pm ET and then stop after a certain amount of time (1.5 hours)?
• Can I fire up a 2nd copy of the program on the same vps to run a different schedule for .org domains (10:30am-11:30am) that have different expiration times (compared to .com /.net)?

1) Yes. The built in scheduler has a start/stop time so you can have it stop whenever.
2) Yes. You can run as many instances on 1 computer as you'd like.

I recently purchased this software and have to say i am really happy with the decision. The support from Andrew can not be applauded enough! I originally wanted to run the program on a remote server for a variety of reasons such as speed, proximity to drop server, access from anywhere etc. Andrew loaded it of and set the software up for me. All I had to do was set up my accounts with the various registrars. Ultimately, the server didn't work out so Andrew gave me a new key and I reinstalled at home. Yesterday I tried it for the first time. I went through the drop list, picked a couple moderately popular domains as trials and set it up to start and stop automatically. Then I went out and mowed the yard.

Came back after dinner and the program had run exactly as I wanted and acquired 2 of the 3 domains I entered. Needless to say, this is much better than reviewing the drop list after the fact and then finding the domain I wanted was gone. I don't know that I will be able to compete with the big boys for the LLL.com or LLLL.com drops, but maybe I will get lucky one day. In the mean time its a great options for snagging those 2nd tier domains that still have value.

I am only using 4 registration slots and the more you use, the better your chances. The software support 13 or 14 different accounts, but each one does require a deposit. Some need only $20 and others want hundreds or more. But this still works great with the few I have.
