I hope someone can help. I registered an eu domain name but i don't have trademark. If someone else want this name and has trademark will he get it (through adr or court).
It is very likely that someone in EU has trademark for this name (or any other name) so i would like to know in advance what are my chances.
Can you recommend me where i can ask for legal advice.

Depends on the domain name and who has the trademark, and how actively they exercise using that trademark.

How long ago did you reg it? Depending on the registrar you may ask for a refund and cancel the name within 5 days of registering the name.

Or just cancel the name and forget about the reg fees.

It's a 3 letter name. I think that most of these names are trademarks somewhere.
Let say that company who has this trademark is well known in one european country and my domain is not active.
There is one page with ads but that is set up by my register.
Can i get more precise answer now.

Thank you but it was just an example. I have many 3L names and my point is that most of these names could be trademark to someone. Is it possible to get more precise answer based on these information only.

you could always argue that 3 letters should not be trademarked considering they can be used in words. like if you had rov.eu , you coul argue that every time rover was used it was a trademark issue :P
