I hope someone can help. I would like to know can ADR be initiated again and again from different complainants but for the same domain. For example, someone start ADR for my eu domain, i won, someone else wants to start ADR again for the same domain, can now court reject this request on the basis of similarity or something like that.
Is the same apply to UDRP.
Thanks a lot

Not sure, but I don't think the UDRP process is limited... Meaning, if someone feels they have a legitimate claim to the domain, they can pay the fees and proceed. If there are similarities, citing the previous decision and pointing out the similarities would definitely help.

Just my personal thoughts: multiple parties can file one dispute after another
for the same domain name. But if you believe there's a connection among any
of them (like one party is using an LLC, then an LLP, then offshore company,
etc. because they keep getting rejected from trying to legitimately grab your
domain name), then it's your burden to "prove" that.

However, this depends on any applicable rules or procedures (if any) on the
dispute resolution process availed of.

Again, these are just personal thoughts. A qualified attorney who eats these
things for breakfast can really tell you the real score.

Thanks, it's probably true.
