golds been booming lately. golds a sure thing, but the returns are usually relative to such risk. however, when economies start to shake or crack, thats when u see the real returns, especially if u diversified before things start going awry. always make sure u get possession of the actual gold tho. never buy certificates or any other garbage like that.

For large transactions where you know the buyer, use the escrow service:

It is much cheaper in that case.

However, for passive selling and leasing, our marketplace is really good and the commissions are all-inclusive.

Thanks Rob. Fortunately I am OK on the spiritual front. Well, as humans of course we are far from perfect (just ask my wife), but then again we don't need to be perfect. A timely verse though - we too often leave considerations of the Kingdom to 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 10th - which is easily done in this present world. However I won't go further into this stuff here since that other thread has taken care of it pretty well I think. I used to follow it but it all got too much when there was some pretty serious debate going on so I checked out. Didn't realize we were up to page 95 now! To be honest I don't know how you manage to comment so often and still run a successful business. I certainly can't do it!

I had the same problem. I contacted them (support) Sunday or Monday night. I received a response the next morning.
I figured it was just me (not receiving the texts). Surprised to see it's not.

Got that squared away. Their support is fantastic! How often does the CEO of a company assist and correct issues? Amazing!

Wow, you really do know how to raise the stakes!

At 200 likes we said we'll drop the .COM registration price to $5.99 through the end of September. We are planning to honor that promise right on schedule.

As for next hurdle, we could do the following through end September:

I've taken advantage of the closeouts in the past but since I am EST, it is too late for me to stay up and too early to rise to get in near the end. Is it possible a time change could happen?

Also, as mentioned above, although the new look is cleaner there is a ton of info that I as a domain investor is interested in seeing that is no longer there (age, siblings, similar, etc.) and I hope you will be able to incorporate that info into the new layout somehow.
