The .COM create deal is now cheap 24/7. $6.49 through end-September with no limits.


The .COM transfer deal is not intended for the guy who wants to move domains for a year, and then move again a year later to the next sucker. We don't want that business at all, so we'll happily decline it. However, if folks are looking for a great place to keep domains and sell to motivated inbound buyers, Epik is definitely that place.

While I understand your perspective, many domainers go year to year where they can get the best transfer deal at any given time. That is about finances and anybody who gives us a deal is not a sucker nor is a domainer looking for the best deal someone you should write off as a customer. That is a lot of people to write off.

Someone could be having a great year and then a not so great one as this business is not exactly reliable. If your goal is to be a boutique registrar experience I get it. But the wording was a little dismissive.

I've renewed names before and had this delay happen...it is usually due to server updates and/or system changes.

Wow, you really do know how to raise the stakes!

At 200 likes we said we'll drop the .COM registration price to $5.99 through the end of September. We are planning to honor that promise right on schedule.

As for next hurdle, we could do the following through end September:

300 likes: $5.49 .com reg / $6.49 .com transfers all the time
600 likes: $4.99 .com reg / $5.99 .com transfers all the time

Contest rules: Please don't make the NP moderators do extra work to remove fake accounts.

Just a suggestion for rules: Ignore count from any NP accounts newly made after Aug 28, 2019. That way, no one will have the "motivation" to open new accounts for this sole purpose and ruin the count & this great offer, plus less work for the admins.

It means 24 hours a day until the end of September. He put that because recently there have been a lot of "Happy Hours" where there are special prices in effect for just a few hours. With this "Like" promotion it wouldn not be limited to just a few hours a day, it would be 24/7 until the end of Sept.

Ummm .. you mean much more work .. as someone will have to check each and every account that liked for their creation date. Either way it's a lot of work.

Who here thinks Epik.com should drop the price of .COM registrations for the rest of the quarter until September 30 -- every day all the time?
