We’ve created this thread to make it easier to communicate with us here on Namepros, and we’ll also be posting regular updates on our offers and products. Please feel free to share any feedback and suggestions with us, or to let us know if there’s anything we can assist with.

Okay we did find the issue, there were actually a couple partners that didn't have the "E" moniker ( I guess it depended how they integrated into our network), but the team is fixing it so all external bidders will show that going forward!

I've sent you a detailed log and explanation by email showing the problems with @Dynadot get_listings API function.

The issue I first reported on October 13 still hasn't been fixed. Now, there are additional problems, and almost one-fourth of the domains listed for sale are unavailable through your API.

Please ask your developers to investigate and fix these issues as soon as possible. The API is simply not working properly because of problems on your side. Thank you in advance!

When I transfer out of dynadot, it takes 30 minutes to an hour for the transfer to complete. Is anyone else able to get a transfer out at dynadot done faster? I can get all other registrar transfers done within 10 minutes.

We're actually currently working on optimizing this, I think they just haven't been able to send the update through yet. I'll check again if they can speed it up.

I receive your Auction Highlights email weekly. I click on a bunch of the links and am met with the Cloudflare challenge for almost every one.

I then end up with a browser that looks like this until I go and check every box:

Sometimes, even after ticking the verification box I am asked to verify for a second time.

This is despite the fact that I am already logged into DD and the tabs are opening in the same browser window.

I find this incredibly frustrating (many extra clicks and a lot of extra waiting time while verification occurs), to the point that I am much less likely to follow those links to the auctions. Can you explain why this might be occurring? Do others have this happen?...

Caleb had informed me that they might have rectified this issue, but no improvement at all for me this week. Still having to verify on almost every single domain. Did anyone else notice any difference?...

Yup, it's the same for transferring domains. I transferred a handful out today, and it made going through each one a pain in the ass because each domain was opened in a new tab and I received a captcha challenge for every one of them. Then, to make matters worse, opening around 7-8 in quick succession results in some form of throttle that logged me out entirely.

This issue I'm facing till now and it seems to have increased than before. I've to verify again and again.

Also, I face this error message when clicking anywhere quickly to move onto another action/page:
"Too many requests, please try again later."

It's frustrating to say the least...

Ah yes, I've had that a number of times too. Sometimes refreshing the page seems to help (sort of?) but other times not so much...

Let me know if you continue to get the error today, they've changed the CF challenge for accounts already logged in so you shouldn't get it as much now (provided you're logged in of course).

Hello, So this promo is with a partnership with other registrars. The other registrars don't have Afternic FT or Sedo MLS connection on their platform so the domains can't be set to it while they're over there. If you renew the domain after the 60 day registration period it will initiate a transfer to us and then will be eligible for FT and MLS.

Is this detour an act of generosity, to help other registrars get started? Or is it a result of limits on the periodic discounts the .com registry grants you?

To be honest, It would be the latter. These other registrar deals are allowing us to offer below cost .COMs to our customers this year as we wouldn't be able to otherwise.

Hi, we have discussed that before but we're still on the fence about adding custom logo/photos as we don't want to have to vet anything incase someone puts something unsavoury on a lander with our name on it. If we do change our tune (or add a feature to do an AI gen'd logo) I'll be sure to update the thread!
