We’ve created this thread to make it easier to communicate with us here on Namepros, and we’ll also be posting regular updates on our offers and products. Please feel free to share any feedback and suggestions with us, or to let us know if there’s anything we can assist with.

Umm, this is rather interesting. I was looking for something else, and found this setting right down the bottom of the page under 'Advanced Options':

I turned it on and now I have a usable scrollbar. I wonder how long that option has been there (I haven't looked at my account settings in ages, so I wouldn't know).

Hmm, actually, loooking a bit further and I see I have the large version on some pages but not others. It seems that I have the large version on anything I select from the top menu, however if I click on my username and go to my Account dashboard it is the tiny version, and also (critically) on the Manage Domains page I only have the tiny version. That is the page that I really need a large version on.

@Caleb Tweed I wonder why your devs would add this functionality but not bother to tell you it's there? And, why not on every page?
So they did update me last week, although I haven't updated yet as all browsers weren't in sync (like firefox) and it currently doesn't affect the user control panel yet. Will update soon once this is fully completed.

Does dynadot have any January transfer in .com promo codes?
Not this month sorry! We're doing a test month without it, but will update the thread if we have it again for Feb.

I hope it is only a few month away. u may just be the first or only registear to fully allow this

it is amazing for more pricey Tlds ... io co etc.. because it means we can list them on your auctions without huge transfer fee to u.

plz clarify: will same min 15day to expiry rule apply to those external names does now for dyna auction???? also I guess this means buyer after winning bid will automatically be asked to pay transfer fee????

Transfer fee will most likely be baked into starting bid price (like renewal is for expired auctions). It'll probably be the 30 day marketplace lock instead of the expired auction lock as it falls under that more.

Hi @Caleb Tweed - any word from the team as to when this might be rectified? I've just deleted and recreated my Preset list again, but the order of results is still different from the order I saved the list.

Ah sorry forgot to update from last week (was away again for a few days last week, last of my travels for at least two months lol).

My engineers tested it and haven't been able to replicate the issue lately (see pic) but let me know if we've been looking in the wrong place entirely/you're referencing somewhere else.

That button doesn't do anything at all for me. Dynadot is whitelisted everywhere so there shouldn't be anything blocking the button script. Really weird.

No it doesn't work here, same browsers & Safari (desktop).

Dynadot used to allow interested parties to contact a domain registrant with a message, e.g. that they were interested in purchasing the domain. But now they are using the same Whois contact form that GoDaddy uses, where the sender can only choose between three reasons for contacting the registrant and not include a message.

@Caleb Tweed Can you tell us why you have implemented this change?

It sounds like this is back to normal now, but I'll still have the guys investigate what happened. What area were you unlocking from specifically, or was it just anytime/anywhere on our site you tried to unlock it didn't work?
