We’ve created this thread to make it easier to communicate with us here on Namepros, and we’ll also be posting regular updates on our offers and products. Please feel free to share any feedback and suggestions with us, or to let us know if there’s anything we can assist with.

Are you sure? That's the info from Dynadot's site:

USD: PayPal, Payoneer or BTC/USDT/USDC (min. $100.00); bank wire (min. $2000)​

I don't see any any current bank payout options for less then $2000 USD/Euro...Am I missing something?

Right, but you guys do realize this is an extremely awkward way to present it publicly? You say in large print that the minimum is 2000, and then in small text (which no one reads) you mention otherwise. What's the point? It's hurting your own business in the first place, as it gives clear impression that you don't want bank payouts for less than 2000.

Anyway, adding Wise would be a very good move.

Re: the TLD Preset List. At one time we could save this list in the order that we selected the TLD's. Now, when you edit the list, it has reverted to saving in alphabetical order every time. Any chance you could ask your devs to tweak it so we can save in our custom order again? Thanks

The TLD preset list still saves in the order you entered them, however when you search a list of domains for registration, results are now displayed in a different order. I can't quite tell how the order is arrived at (it's not alphabetical) but it's certainly not the saved order. I tried deleting all the TLD’s from my saved preset and entering them again (in my desired order), but this didn’t work. Can you please get this fixed again?

Interestingly, it is not uniform for me. The sizes on Chrome and Edge are the same, but it's still large on Firefox. However I don't use Firefox as my browser. I agree that the size might not be as visually attractive on firefox, but at least it is easy to grab. What I don't understand is why you guys are forcing the scroll bars to be a lot smaller than default. Here's another tab in the same browser (Porkbun, for reference, but every other tab in that browser has the same width for the scrollbar):

The default size looks and functions fine for me.

Meanwhile, here is the scrollbar I have to try and grab on Dynadot to Manage my domains:

Sorry about that, they were going to make the bar uniformly larger, but it got put on the back-burner for more pressing issues that needed attending in the latter bit of the year, but I'll see if they can get back on this.

Umm, this is rather interesting. I was looking for something else, and found this setting right down the bottom of the page under 'Advanced Options':

I turned it on and now I have a usable scrollbar. I wonder how long that option has been there (I haven't looked at my account settings in ages, so I wouldn't know).

Hmm, actually, loooking a bit further and I see I have the large version on some pages but not others. It seems that I have the large version on anything I select from the top menu, however if I click on my username and go to my Account dashboard it is the tiny version, and also (critically) on the Manage Domains page I only have the tiny version. That is the page that I really need a large version on.

@Caleb Tweed I wonder why your devs would add this functionality but not bother to tell you it's there? And, why not on every page?

I hope it is only a few month away. u may just be the first or only registear to fully allow this

it is amazing for more pricey Tlds ... io co etc.. because it means we can list them on your auctions without huge transfer fee to u.

plz clarify: will same min 15day to expiry rule apply to those external names does now for dyna auction???? also I guess this means buyer after winning bid will automatically be asked to pay transfer fee????

Yes, I am experiencing issues as well. It is not sending me the code via SMS for login. I attempted to select an alternative option for the authentication code, but it redirects me back to the main page. This has been happening for months. After the 20th, I tried again and it worked.
