We’ve created this thread to make it easier to communicate with us here on Namepros, and we’ll also be posting regular updates on our offers and products. Please feel free to share any feedback and suggestions with us, or to let us know if there’s anything we can assist with.

So, the message center (between buyer and seller) has been goofy for a few days and now when I go to check my names they almost never load.

This is what I am getting when I use your own tool: "Your website request timed out!"

Hey Sorry must've missed these notifications on Friday.

We were having some Server Instability issues over the weekend, but my engineers have informed me this should all be resolved.

1. My domain expired like about under one month
2. Listed at Dynadot marketplace
3. It's always got sold like domain are nearly on expiration date like about 4-7 days
4. But it's must be under $10
5. All my domain are got sold like on $6 price
6. But then after expired it's not updated or renewed by the buyer

@Caleb Tweed why is it I still can't add domains to Afternic from my linked account as they've been listed by someone else (assuming old listings)? Isn't the linked account proof of ownership? What's the point of linking accounts if I still have to prove ownership at Afternic (adding the TXT or NS record doesn't make any difference to the Dynadot verification)?

When my domain name expiration are like in weeks (1-2 weeks), I try to list on Dynadot marketplace, so I already sell 5 domain when I set the price under $10 it always got sold but all buyer who buy the domain I listed on marketplace is forgot to renew the domain name.

I guess you should consider yourself lucky that the domains got sold.

Just on the Hit Count/Whois Stats on the Manage Domains page?

This is something we're still trying to work on with Afternic to have it override previous listings, as it's up to them to count it as verified when direct listed from our side.

Sorry I don't have more than that, this is something I've been trying to get since we launched it.
(as this is definitely the most common request for the direct link)

I'll have the team investigate. Does the 'Hit Count' show as a column still for you to the right of the name (if that column isn't active in your account, select the "Coulumns" button to the right and activate it from there)

The Hit count still shows as a column(i have the hit count, whois, total search, unique search, cart added as default) on the manage domains list but is empty, but after clicking on individual domain which takes to edit domains(individual domain page) scrolled to bottom and only the four as i mentioned before shows and Hit count is missing as the 5th( using DD lander) because yesterday i checked from there and saw 56 hits but now there's no "Hit count" after "other tlds" in individual domain edit page.

When a name domain expires at Godaddy ,the previous registrant contact still shows when searched in whois .When a buyer contacts the whois ,they can still reach the owner to purchase.

On the other hand when a name expires at Dynadot,it is populated witj dynadot information and no way to display the previous owner who may have plans to renew the name .

Why is dyanadot in a rush to fill in the contact information of registrant even as you claim to be friendly to the domain space. This is where Godaddy is better than Dynadot .

Also,Godaddy doesn't rush to plaster ads same day like Dynadot does ,so they can make extra on clicks instead of leaving the page blank like Namebright.

Seems like Dynadot,cant wait to make money off clicks on same day a name expires .

Someday a UDRP will be filed for all the ad clicks,dynadot displays .
