We’ve created this thread to make it easier to communicate with us here on Namepros, and we’ll also be posting regular updates on our offers and products. Please feel free to share any feedback and suggestions with us, or to let us know if there’s anything we can assist with.

Why??When I use paper and a pen.I have never had my account lock because of too many login attempts and I have been with the company for two decades.The pen and paper works.
Try an antimalware program see if that helps also turn your vpn off to go into dynadot. ty.

I don't think this has been posted, but Dynadot has a pretty sweet deal on .ONE this month, the best of any registrar. One can renew right out to the max at this discounted rates. I have renewed my favourite .one names to 2033.

Backstory I got confirmations for two names at Afternic. I did not list them at Afternic, because they are names I have at BrandBucket. Probably BrandBucket did, but since I have no way of being sure, I am not comfortable turning on FT for these names that I regard as valuable. I just want to NOT accept FT on these names.
i also got the Notification to Enable FT for my Brandbucket names and what i noticed is they are being listed for a Higher price at Afternic so i suppose it Must be Brandbucket Doing it

What I believe Dynadot needs to improve in order to retain clients using its landing pages is much more customization and flexibility when managing landers in bulk. For instance, currently, you can't change features for lander names in bulk without disrupting the setup of the pages - this results in all the texts being erased, which are important for indexing purposes. For example, if you want to toggle options such as "mention the seller" or "more domains from this seller," it resets all the pages to their default state, wiping out all the text content.
Managing these changes one by one for 500+ domains - each requiring at least three clicks per page - is not practical, to say the least. It’s incredibly time-consuming, and I simply don’t have the time for that.
I think it's all should be accessible directly from the main domain list page and updates made in bulk should not affect other parts of the landing pages.
I understand the complexity, but I believe that’s the way Dynadot needs to go to keep up in the ''battle of the landers''.

Another suggestion is to introduce statistics (hits at least) across the domain list, rather than burying them under each individual name.

Had a small tip for the Other Registrar tab on the domain manager. It would be helpful if you had a column for Dynadot Appraisal and also Nameservers if possible. Thanks!
I think NameServers shouldn't have an issue being added, however I'm unsure if the team wants to add appraisals for outside domains as it requires quite a bit of processing power already, which could be more than doubled if we added it for outside ones as well. I'll let the team know!

This is probably just me missing something, but how do you now deactivate opt-in for Afternic FT or Sedo MLS at Dynadot? It used to be you selected the name, then there was a Set Sedo and Set Afternic from the Bulk settings that you could set to on or off, but that seems missing now.

Related, when you get a confirmation about an Afternic FT approval (in summary page) the only option now seems to be to accept it? How do I just make it go away?

Does it still seem to be missing? When you go to Manage Domains and select Action you should still see "Set Afternic" if there's a fast transfer request! When you select it, it should still give you the option to hit "Delete From Afternic" like so (this image was from a test I just did to confirm it's still up and active). If you don't see it, please DM me and I'll take a look in your account!

This could be another revenue source, but what if you implemented "Appraisal Credits" for Other Registrar domains, maybe a fixed amount of free credits per month (like 100), and users can purchase more credits. Free appraisals for Dynadot registered domains.

Thanks @Caleb Tweed Indeed it is back showing for me today, and I dealt with it saying Delete from Afternic.

A followup question – does that really mean delete from Afternic (which I don't want assuming BrandBucket listed it), but rather only delete from Afternic FT, which is what I want? Of course the essential problem traces to Afternic not providing, as I understand it, the listing account when it asks you to agree to FT.

Anyway, yes the confirm is now back for me and I have dealt with the two. Thank you.

Yes, correct. And toggles, if possible. Now I need to insert ''Listed by'' and it has to be done separately for each page.

Exactly, either on a general list page or a separate page, but the point is to see the stats across the whole portfolio, on one page, to see what performs better, thus where to play with prices or throw extra SEO.

Another thing is a Camel Case, please. Currently it does not exist for all the ''other names by seller'' on the lander as well as on the portfolio page (the one visible to client). And all my names are CamelCased in my backend portfolio. That would be great for visitors to see CC version.

No it just means it'll delete the Fast Transfer request (though I see how it can be misconstrued, I'll see if we can change that)

I don't know how much power you can have right from the email, but perhaps there can be some sort of link (a lá the WHOIS verification link) that we could add so you could get to it directly. I'll see what we can do!

If anyone is buying a .ONE domain name, and planning to add 9 years more, don't do it all at once or they will charge you their much higher normal rate for the 9 years.

Rather, you need to first register it for 1 year only.
Then add +9 years renewal. That way under the January promotion it is the incredible $3.99 per year.

I put a name I was registering with 10 years all at once, but luckily caught in the cart that the price was not the special one.

Not sure if this is a glitch and will be corrected by time you read this.

Do we have to wait 45 days before the extra years are added? I believe if we do a transfer on a .com within 45 days after registering, we must wait (or the year won't be added, correct)? Just wondering if we can add the extra years straight away - and get them applied the day after hand reg.

This is for .one. For sure with those there is no problem with either new registrations or transfers. e.g. I registered a name yesterday, and added 9 more years today, all at $3.99 per year, and Whois now shows 2035.

I also have transferred in a .one from another registrar, then separately added a number of years, and the Whois shows the correct number of total years immediately.

I think with some extensions if you let the name exxpire at one registrar, but still recoverable, and then renew it at that registrar and then transfer it right away to another registrar, you will not receive credit for both years you paid for. None of the names I transferred had expired, so I don't know that situation for .one.

Hi @Caleb Tweed, If a domain has more than 15 characters (including .extension), then in the mobile view on landing pages the text does not fit on one line. Could you please fix this.
