Not 100% sure at the moment sorry, waiting to hear back specifics from the engineers.

If the name expired as mentioned above, the system removes the 'former' owners nameservers and they are replaced with bodis. Once the name gets renewed, the old nameservers return.

LOL...after I made the post I was like 'something is not right with my response'.

Clicking on the arrows next a domain in my domain list doesnt change any of the Appraisal Values, the arrows spin there is a small pop-up on the bottom of the screen "appraisal value updated" but no change to any of the domain's I've tried for a few days now. The last updated date does change. Also, any way we can view and sort by appraisal value and last updated date as a new column?

I cannot unlock the DD account (cause domain transfer).
After entering the correct security pin, I receive the following error message when I click on the "Get SMS Token" button: "There is 1 error. Verification failed. Please try again."

Does anyone have the same problem?

Thanks. In Germany, perhaps not only trains are down, but also the cell phone network? Mistake in thinking, the SMS doesn't go out at all. :bored:

It could be, yes. I would think things are segmented like that so hopefully someone from your vicinity can try and report back. Sorry you're having troubles.

Thank you very much for your support and sympathy.
I had a chat with DD live support, not with the engineers but with an AI bot. The bot was able to send me an SMS code that allowed me to unlock the account and subsequently extract the AuthCode.
Later I tried myself and failed again.
Bot recommended to clean the cookies. Always the same: If IT doesn't know what to do, it's the cookies' fault. Maybe they actually are...
Amazing: I wished the bot a nice weekend, if the AI was even allowed to take a break, and the bot responded with HaHa!

Dynadot occasionally has 2FA SMS problems.

Dynadot email is down. Gmail and Yahoo mail never go down to perform maintenance.

This doesn't make sense to me. When I'm bidding on expired auctions and I view my list on my Dashboard, the Bid column doesn't display the current bid. E.g. the Bid column for this domain shows $102 and the Proxy Bid column shows $102.00. However the current bid for this domain is $575. Surely the Bid column should show the current bid of $575 as it does on the auction page?...
