We’ve created this thread to make it easier to communicate with us here on Namepros, and we’ll also be posting regular updates on our offers and products. Please feel free to share any feedback and suggestions with us, or to let us know if there’s anything we can assist with.

This doesn't make sense to me. When I'm bidding on expired auctions and I view my list on my Dashboard, the Bid column doesn't display the current bid. E.g. the Bid column for this domain shows $102 and the Proxy Bid column shows $102.00. However the current bid for this domain is $575. Surely the Bid column should show the current bid of $575 as it does on the auction page?...

I know it's been a long time coming, but we've finally added the option to disable the trustpilot score on our for sale page landers! Sorry it took a while here, thanks for your patience.

So at the moment we don't give the option to have it show "more from this seller", so if you go to a lander of a domain in our open marketplace it shouldn't show it at all! If you see otherwise, please let me know.

Any word on this? Still showing "more sales by this seller" and a list of my other names for sale on my lander. And yet, as it is a name that is registered outside Dyna this shouldn't be the case

I have been requesting something for a long time but the back-end team is avoiding doing it for some reason.

I don't want to receive "Auction Ends in ..." and "Outbid notice for ..." email notifications. They take up unnecessary space in my inbox and I have to delete dozens of them every day.

I think adding a simple checkbox to the account settings page will solve the problem.

I'll see if I can get it added! We'd probably need to have the notifications turned on by default, but I don't see why we couldn't have a switch off for them.

Bulk listings on Marketplace -- currently this is a huge pain as I have to manually add prices for each name. You can already see the prices listed on Afternic so can you create a bulk update feature to import prices from Afternic, that would be amazing and mean I list 100% of my names on the platform right away.

Some questions about the Add Lead function:

Given that the domain is unlocked as soon as we submit the add lead form, is there any protection for the unlocked domain between the time the form is submitted and the lead hopefully makes their payment? Leads can sometimes take a long time to make decisions with little to no communication usually.

Is there a broker at Dynadot who is assigned to the transaction and handles communication for us or is it more like a mediation where both sides are asked to respond with little or no intervention from Dynadot?

It seems you are using an inaccurate TLD count to show number of TLDs taken for user's auctions. For example I've checked a domain ( image below ) and says 10 TLDs but dotDB shows 32

But for expired auction you are using the source dotDB and it's accurate

Could you use dotDB source also for user's auctions?

Hello, i just wonder why did you force users clicking exactly on kenaz rune? Because other field/space is unclickable.

Hello! If you happen to have a list of your domains with the prices, we do have a Bulk import you can use to list all your domains at once! https://www.dynadot.com/account/marketplace/my_marketplace/ (hit "sell domain" and you get the option to upload your own XLSX file)

Having an option to set domains to match Afternic/Sedo could be something worth looking into, though I'd imagine it would only be possible if the domain was listed through the direct list, or maybe the fast transfer. I'll talk to the engineers to see if it's possible!

Not sure if there was any specific reasoning, but I'll see if we can make that easier for selection.

This is a matter of implementation. Not offering a plain CSV file as one of the options is quite an unusual exception.
