Would you snap all these up speculatively or are Estibot values too unreliable, even if the order of magnitude is given as XXX or even higher?

No, don't waste your money. Estibot values are subject to change. I have sold a bunch of domains to end users over the years, and as far as I can tell, not one of them made their purchase based on the Estibot values. Think like an end user, not like an Estibot.
