DomainAgents No Response at all

Hi All

So I have domain, Robert from DomainAgents contacted me to sell my domain so i signup and agree with the transaction, I already transfer the domain to the buyer via Namecheap to Namecheap so takes only minutes to transfer the domain but after the transfer completed . on escrow "the status please transfer the domain" so i contact them that i already transfer the domain i cc the email from namecheap confirming that the transaction is completed. but support from escrow and the response is

Confirming the update on the transaction only takes a few minutes, actually, but seeing that the transaction is under Domain Agents, they provide additional instructions to the Buyer before they confirm receipt and acceptance of this.
We suggest that you coordinate with the Broker to complete the transaction.

PS i already email them so many times but no response from them.

Now i don't know what will happen on my domain. i already transfer it to the buyer

Look like Domainagents used Escrow for the transaction.
It may take them days to complete the transaction. They don't act fast like NP members here.
Be patient.

So you agreed to a deal via Domain Agents, but transferred it directly to the buyer without directions from their system?

If the buyer has possession of the domain, it should still be resolved sooner or later, but that is not ideal.

Unless the email from DomainAgents is phishing email?

Check out the authenticity of the email, as @johnn alluded to. If it is legit, I wouldn't like the idea of a domain being transferred and I'm somewhat lost with the situation ...should always secure payment

This is weird. Why would DomainAgents want you to start an Escrow transaction without having the payment from the buyer secured. Wouldn't they first ask the buyer to sign up? I hope this gets resolved for you.

yes the email is from domainagents , also have the domain agents dashboard and the transaction. once i agree. domainagents sent me a escrow link so i can perform the transaction and the transfer of domain.

On Escrow the status of payment is secured already.. after i receive and email and check to the dashboard of escrow to confirm the payment is secured. I start the the transaction. i get the email of the buyer of domain. on the dashboard of escrow. also

Did you select your preferred payout method in your escrow account and make sure you’re payout info is in your acct, like PayPal or checking account info? I recently had a nice sale through DomainAgents, had never listed with them and was a little cautious at first but honestly it couldn’t have went any smoother.
You’re at the final stage before getting paid just make sure your acct info is complete.
