Hi,

I will start domain reselling business

6.95 enom reseller account under a direct etp (costs around $200)
Godaddy/Wwd reseller account (pro reseller costs $199/yearly)

Minimum domain registration price I can provide without any loss at enom: $8.14
Minimum domain registration price I can provide without any loss at enom: $8.00

Godaddy gives $200 FREE Google AdWords™ Credit

Which one do you think is more profitable for short term (1 year) and long term (3 years)

Ferman, please decrease the font size in your signature.

Or else find a way to increase the size of the world around us - so that things match.

Thank you. :)

Both have advantages
Godaddy (More Correctly WildWestDomains) Resellers, have access to a large range of Products and services to resell

eNom can be integrated into any existing Hosting reseller or other active website Operation much more easily via the API

WWD reseller is $99 per year but can be found as cheap as $90
I evaluated a lot of options and Chose the Super Reseller Option from
WWD for $229
This gives a lower buy price and also gives the ability to resell the Reseller Deals
But eNom are often a good option for others ,case in point -RJ- chose enom for the NamePros Domain section

As an occasional purchaser, I MUCH prefer buying a domain at enom. I can push them to my current enom account for consolidation. At WW, you can only do a full transfer to another WW or GD account, and then have to wait 60 days from the name change. Therefore, I take that into consideration as to what I'll pay or even IF I'll buy it. On the other hand, it's easier to retain a retail user for renewals and add-ons if they are stuck with you for a while. I guess it partly depends on whether your customers are private end users or seasoned resellers and developers who already have domains and accounts.

You must seperate two things very clearly.

1) reseller accounts for mainly domain trading
2) reseller accounts for mainly domain reselling

Enom, ins suitable for traders
WWD is suitable for resellers

This are two VERY different purpuses, and each one got the fitting trader/reseller account.

PS:
The WWD transfer policy is exactly what the reseller need, to maintain customers. It would be horrible, if WWD starts allowing a push to other WWD accounts, as reseller would loose quite some buisiness.
(A free push is avialable within the same WWD account)

The Enom transfer/push policy is exactly what a trader needs.
