discuss Domain rental

Anyone had good experience with domain rental? Now undeveloped offer such option, any thoughts? Did anyone had luck with domain rental anyhow?

as for luck with rental..not sure what u mean..a buyer either wants to rent or not...there is no luck here

Im asking in position of rentor (domain owner) just want to know is any one had any luck/experience to rented domain? As seems like it's not safe for owner (you keep domain with escrow) and is not best option for rentee as well as he needs to invest own money to build website in domain name which he not owns.

Renting domain name or giving your domain at possible payment options?

I don't think someone who serious with his business would take the name as rent but I think people buy your name fast if you offer them a "plan" to pay your name price in instalment.

The 2nd model worked well for me as I have sold 3 names on a brandable marketplace which offer the 2nd options.
