Domain not parked but still getting traffic

I have developed a website for a domain in August 2007, but Sedo stats for the website in Feb 2008 show traffic and clicks. How is it possible? I have not changed name servers for months.

It could be through previous cache, who browsed your domain when it was parked at sedo the person haven't cleaned Cookies untill his/her next visit to your domain on Feb, 2008.

The domain was developed in May/June 2007, I have not changed the name servers since . If no one has hacked my account, is it possible to change the name servers without my knowledge?

I really doubt it unless it was a considerable amount of traffic

It was getting about 30 visitors till May 2007 and nothing for 8 months. Then for 2 days , there was a spike in traffic and again nothing.
