advice Domain name being used on another website

So I just noticed today that one of my domain names is being used as © 2017 xyz.com on someone's website. This cannot be alright right? Surprisingly their contact email also has my domain name like [email protected]

What do I do? Contact them over the phone and ask them to stop using it? Or do it legally?

maybe they know you are domainer! so they want to give you some lesson!

everyone have right to what ever names, as long the name are not contain trademark or patent! there's nothing you can do about it! the best thing you do is buy from them! after all you are domainer, I am sure you already know my answer
