Click to expand... you can create one in notepad you can sign, have notarized, mail copy to buyer, have them sign and notarize and send you copy length of lease can be as long or short, as you and the buyer agree to. typically, lease payments are monthly. monthly payments are divided by "owed amount" or sale price of the domain if no "down payment" was received. ie: sale price is $10,000 and buyer can pay this amount over three years 10,000/36months = $277.778 per month one could also add language for "late payment" charges and compounded interest. imo....
