Does anyone know what a good min. price for CA LLC is?

As a newbie, so I don't get fleeced, how much is the least I can expect to spend to get set up with an LCC without having an ungodly amount of work and reading and hassle for myself?

If you don't want to do it yourself, your cheapest option is likely to use a reputable internet company which specializes in setting businesses up.

I know a few domainers who've had their lawyers set it up for them, but you're likely paying at least $500-$1000+ if you go that route.

Incorporate in the state of Nevada. Cheaper and laws are just as good as Delaware. Plus you're close enough to drive out here and deal with it yourself.

it's still going to be around $800 even if u do all the work yourself

having a lawyer do it will add on to that. did you mean, LLC?
