I've submitted a claim under sunrise 2 for a company name, trade name and business identifier. My 40 day time limit expires May 16th.

To support my claim I need to send the company's "certificate of incorporation" and an "affidavit".

I'd be very grateful if any kind person could point me to an example or template of an affidavit (suitable for this submission) on the web. This is what PWC validation website says:

2. What must be stated in an affidavit?
We have received some questions on the requirements for an affidavit.

First of all, in order to be accepted, an affidavit must be signed by a competent authority, a legal practitioner or a professional representative. See the Sunrise Rules for more details.

Second, according to the Sunrise Rules, an affidavit must at least contain the following statements:

a statement from the signatory of the affidavit that the prior right claimed by the applicant is protected ; the use of vague wording in this respect may be a reason for the validation agent to question the claim made; and
references to relevant legal provisions , case law and scholarly works ; and
the conditions required for such protection; and
proof that the complete name for which a prior right is claimed meets all of the conditions set forth in such laws, including the relevant scholarly works and court decisions, and that such name is protected by the relevant prior right claimed.
Finally, the affidavit must clearly state or include evidence that the signatory qualifies as a competent authority, a legal practitioner or a professional representative.

I'm asking for help because to me is seems nearly impossible to get this kind of affidavit in which case I will have to let my claim under sunrise 2 expire without having submitted supporting documents. Leaving the domain to be claimed by the next sunrise 2 claimer Parknet BV.

What this law firm is saying is that to win a claim for domain for company name, trade name, or business identifier, a business must be well established in order to provide records of turnover and advertising budget. One of the main arguements Eurid used for its support of Benelux trademarks is
it accepts new trademarks -- registered a day or two before a sunrise application -- because it does not want to deter new business. The difference in standards is a further flaw in the sunrise applications rules.
