question Do the premiums on some gTLDs remove when first dropped?

It seems some highly premium names with 150+ registrations in other extensions will only occur the basic hand reg price when they first drop. Similar keywords and even the same names will go for premiums of thousands in other extensions. Is there some kind of etiquette to the premium pricing? Why can I pick up some great expiring names for a few bucks in a certain extension and then when looking for some very similar ones not from the expiry list within the same extension, they go for thousands?

Drop has no any impact on Premiums.
They don't transform into standard domains.
