.mobi Develop for Mobi & pc

Guys,
my opinion is it's best to develop for pc & mobile.
i am just finishing up my site now at dfs.mobi

another example i just found is:

done right, with a full pc site & useful mobi site, why cant mobi be as good as anything?

How is DFS.mobi for developement. I never developed any of my .coms net or mobis and have a few I'd like to develpe.Any feedback or recommendations. How much should I budget for a mobi deveopement?
