Thank you for your inquiry.

We have received this request in the past as well. It was already relayed to our product team for review but it is likely this will not get introduced. Data shows that whenever this set-up is maintained there is a higher drop-out ratio. Leads tend to get frustrated when having to enter offers multiple times that get declined.

We do appreciate the feedback and suggestion!

I don't need such "leads" who waste my time.
And I want to drop them all.

Some of you have posted about certain statistics not getting updated. The product team found a minor bug causing this and notified us that it was resolved yesterday. The statistics should gradually restore, if not already!

One day later. Unfortunately, it did not solve the problem. Stats have not been updated in the portfolio overview for almost a week now, while they are updated in the domain detail view. Can you please investigate/fix further?

Hello Laszlo, i'm posting this suggestion again, buyer should be also allowed to create transaction via add lead option. currently only seller can.

I noticed that if you have ~250 or more domains on DAN - their system stops the update of Parking status...
For example, one of my domains is already ~2 weeks parked elsewhere - but Parking icon on DAN remains active.

May I know have you seen significant lead and sales decrease from China Mainland recently ?
As I can confirm I could not visit domains sitting on ns1.dan.com and ns2.dan.com without a VPN,
It seems ns1.dan.com and ns2.dan.com have been blocked by The Great Firewall.
Any measures in your to do list to tackle this?

FYI,
this is Dynadot Payment Plan Defaults Policy,

3 days without payment: Domain disabled and on hold.
14 days without payment: Domain returns to seller.

I love Dan, almost always a perfect experience, but please I'd love a more substantial update on the progress of 2.0 and when we might be able to expect something.

I understand delaying things to make sure they're perfect, have there been any major setbacks or just putting the finishing touches in place?

Any internal timeframe, even a loose one? 1 month? 6 months? Next year?

I've been meaning to go through all of my names and make a new spreadsheet to track everything, but I'd much rather just get everything moved over to Dan 2.0 if it's still coming in the very near future. Blink twice if we're talking a month or two from now?

We have found that some users from China have experienced problems indeed. We still see that 1/3 of the traffic on our network originates from China showing there is no nationwide block and likely some VPNs are blocked by our system. The product team is working hard on getting this resolved for the impacted users.

We will keep you posted on the progress made.

Thank you for the great words! We as well cannot wait to launch Dan 2.0. It most certainly is not a matter of 6-12 months. In fact, it should be much closer than that. If there was a fixed date to give we most certainly would have communicated it. I am aware we have communicated it before but the launch date is close!
