@DAN.COM is there a possibility to reset "revenue total overall" or only show this year's revenue only? For example, show only 2021 revenues in 2021 and only show 2022 revenues in 2022 like below:

I receive a lot everyday, sometimes spending time to negotiate, by the end they accept and never send the payment. Dan is ok for BIN only but not make offer. I will not use anymore dan with make offers...

I think requesting buyers having to cut-and-paste or manually resubmit random codes to confirm a submission is more than what's needed. A simple link they can click on in the email should be enough to validate.

Too many fake buyers. I would prefer if they have to buy a fee for submitting an offer, like domainagents...

It has been a while since I've pointed anything to DAN/Undeveloped.

Could someone please tell me the best nameservers (dan or und) to use? Do they both end up in the same place or is one set better than the other? Also, do they offer a way to easily download the names in a portfolio? I've got many hundreds that I need to compare with the different registrars I use and currently owned names...already gave myself a headache trying to find a quick way to download.

Are you looking at the individual domain count through your portfolio or through the domain menu itself?

Dashboard counter is not realtime, they update it 1 or 2 times daily.

Dan becoming a registrar is something I have been waiting to see...if their pricing is competitive I would use them for some registrations.

So, as I see it, if you have a BIN on a name, it will override any 'make offer' tab (I have spotted responses above). I understand the logic in that, but I want the potential buyer to be able to reach out to me if they so desired.

They would see the bin and the payment plan, but rather than pay 5000 for a name, they may only be able to go 3500. With no clear way to communicate that, a buyer will likely walk. So, the end to this rambling is, do we have a way for a potential buyer to contact us directly? Depending on the time of year and how many renewals I have due, I would accept the 3500 offer.

You can have BIN and make offer at the same time if you want to.

I have a question. Is the payment plan (Lease to own) available for leads transaction?

The buyer get contact with me via my landing page and told me that they want to purchase a domain under payment plan and therefore I refer them to use Dan.com. At the same time, I just added their contact email into Dan's leads during negotiation.

However, it seems that the buyer end up didn't buy this domain under payment plan.

I am not sure if the payment plan (Lease to own) is available for leads transaction or not ?
I don't mind to convert this leads transaction to normal one and pay normal transaction fee.
I just want to keep my promise and let the buyer have an option to buy the domain via payment plan.
