I have a relatively new site called TravelVoyeur.com and am hoping some of you could comment on how I have my Adsense ads set up. If you see anything that would increase my clickthroughs, I'd really appreciate your comments.

Also, are there any other things I can do to monetize this site.

I'd like to suggest ads in between posts. Those are real CPC generators on my site

Having the two narrow columns together like that looks really crowded. All the links draw attention away from the AdSense unit.
